Admission and Withdrawal policy

These policies have been finalized keeping in mind the guidelines and framework provided by C.B.S.E. We expect full cooperation and compliance from parents and students.

1. Admission policy

The Academic session is from April to March every year. Registration begins from the month of December. A registration form duly signed and filled has to be submitted at the school office. As per the protocol, the student has to undergo a written test followed by a face-to-face interaction with the principal for admission to the school. Admission will be granted on the basis of merit only.
There will be no entrance test for admission to Nursery.
For LKG to Class XII, original Transfer Certificate of the previous school is compulsory.
Admission is open on a first come first serve basis.
Students seeking admission should have completed the following years of age by 31st March of the academic year:

Parents are requested to deposit all necessary documents and fees within 5 days of admission test. Non submission of documents like Aadhar card, Birth Certificate, Caste certificate, previous school’s report card and so on, the admission will be deemed as provisional.
A student is admitted to class XI only if he/she has cleared the class X board examination. The student must have secured a particular percentage for a specific stream.
The student must excel in conduct and behaviour both in and out of school.

2. Withdrawal policy

For a student seeking withdrawal from the school, an application for TC should reach the principal’s office by 15th of March.
Transfer Certificate will be issued only on the submission of an application and clearance of all dues payable to the school.
Transfer Certificate will be issued after one week from the date of submission of application.
